In the unlikely event that the product is broken, damaged, or lost, we will charge you the following compensation.

- Other accessories: 3,000 yen

If you sign up for the peace of mind compensation service for 330 yen per day, compensation fees in the event of breakdown, damage, or loss will be 0 yen.

Usage procedure
1. Purchase of product (Rental)
Please order this product on this website.
2. Receive the product
A "Mobile WiFi Router" will be delivered to the address you registered.
3. Turn on the router
After arriving at the destination, turn on the WiFi router that was delivered to you.
4. Connect to WiFi
Select the WiFi SSID (network name) on your device and enter the password to connect.
5. Return the product
Within 3 days of returning to Japan, place all rental items in the enclosed letter pack and post it.
Shipping and delivery
【Shipping Schedule】
■Orders placed before 15:00 on weekdays will be shipped on the same day
■Orders placed after 15:00 on weekdays and on weekends and holidays will be shipped on the next business day
The shipping number will be emailed to you once shipping preparation is complete.

Delivery will be by Yamato Transport's Takkyubin.

*For Takkyubin to Okinawa Prefecture and remote islands, an additional relay fee of 1,100 yen is Required
